Administered by Guidestone Financial Resources, MACU offers partially subsidized health insurance through BlueCross BlueShield.
MACU offers partially subsidized vision and dental insurance plans through VSP and MetLife.
MACU employees benefit from the Flex 125 tax exempt program and medical reimbursement for employees via HRA.
MACU offers retirement plans to its employees through two providers. MACU has a matching plan for those that contribute to their retirement.
Mid-America Christian University also provides life insurance policies for its employees.
Alongside the life insurance policies are a number of disability policies, including: Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability policies.
