The School of Teacher Education is required to submit a report to Oklahoma's Office of Educational Quality and Accountability. Mid-America is required to provide public access to the document.
Our students are held to high standards and comprehensive competencies. These standards and competencies are written out in a clear way.
Title II is a competency-based teacher preparation system created in 1995 with the goal of ensuring a competent and qualified teacher in every classroom. This system includes the accreditation of teacher preparation programs, the assessment of teacher candidates and the ongoing growth and development of classroom teachers across the State of Oklahoma.
The State of Oklahoma provides statistics on the minimum salary, including benefits, for public school teachers within the state.

*All Mid-America candidates are required to pass all of the teacher certification exams prior to graduation thereby showing a 100% pass rate for all graduates.
