MACU Private Music Students to Perform in Weekend Recital

OKLAHOMA CITY– Mid-America Christian University invites the community to attend a fall music recital at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, inside the university’s JASCO Chapel on campus in south Oklahoma City.

All MACU students currently taking private music lessons will perform in a series of solos and accompaniments, with a range of musical instruments and vocal ranges to delight anyone with a love of music.

“This recital gives our students a very important chance to test the waters in public,” said Eddie Vandewalker, Chair of the MACU School of Music. “They have spent the semester practicing and learning, and they keep getting better and better. It’s going to be a fantastic performance.”

Admission to the fall recital is free.
