OKLAHOMA CITY– The MBA program at Mid-America Christian University has been named one of the state’s best, according to The Journal Record’s 2017 Reader Rankings.
Readers voted on business and organizations across the state in more than 50 categories, including higher education. MACU placed second in the category of Best MBA Program, beating out several public and private institutions.
The MBA program at MACU is designed to teach students not only the competency they need to excel as businesspeople, but the practical, relational skills they need to create a productive, positive work environment.
Jessica Rimmer, vice president for Student Engagement and Success at MACU, said a successful business is defined by how it treats its employees, customers, vendors and other constituents.
“That reality creates a demand for education that is training individuals to be competent businesspeople and compassionate leaders,” Rimmer said. “MACU’s MBA program is meeting that need.”
